What is the age policy for the event?
This is an all ages event!
VIP and travel packages are open to guests of all ages for the show and hotel stay. The only thing to keep in mind is that hotel check-in rules vary by property – in some cases, the primary guest checking in will need to be 18 or 21 years or older, depending on the hotel.
The primary guest will just need to meet the hotel’s age requirement and provide a valid photo ID at check-in.

How do I place my order?
All packages must be purchased online. Sales begin on Thursday, April 30 at 9am EDT. After you click “purchase” next to your desired package, you will be directed to our ticketing partner(s) to make and finalize your order.
Is there a ticket purchase limit?
Yes, there is an 8 ticket limit for VIP tickets and a 2 ticket limit for travel packages.
How can I request accessibility accommodations?

Please be sure to include as much information when submitting your request so we can ensure you have proper accommodations. All ADA requests will be processed in the order they are received and dependent on availability.
Accessible seating accommodations will vary based on venue availability. Once your request is received, we will go over all available options.
How will I receive my concert tickets?
All tickets will be delivered digitally. In the weeks leading to the event, you will receive an email from Ticketmaster with instructions to claim your ticket(s). Click into this email and add the tickets to your Ticketmaster account or digital wallet. You will be required to use the same email address used to purchase your 100x package when accessing your tickets in Ticketmaster. Tickets may be presented digitally or printed prior to arrival.
When will I receive information about 100x check-in?
More information and further instructions including 100x check-in location and schedule will be emailed to the purchaser, at the email address used for purchase, 5-7 days before the event. 100x is not responsible for failed / blocked / misdelivered / bounced email delivery.
I purchased a package as a gift and will not be attending. How can the recipient redeem the package?
If you’d like to gift your travel package, please submit your request to 100x via email by Friday, July 17, 2026. The request must come from the email address used to purchase the package.
To update the will call name, reach out to us HERE and include:
- Purchaser name and email
- Order number and package type
- New ticket holder’s full name, email, and phone number
Once confirmed, the recipient will be able to check in to the hotel, pick up merchandise, and access event tickets.
Important:
- The original purchaser may be responsible for transferring digital event tickets to the recipient. If the request is submitted early enough, this may not be necessary.
- Packages must be paid in full before being transferred.
- Package transfers include the entire package (hotel stay, transportation, merchandise and event tickets) and cannot be separated or split by day.
Can I use my 100x package for a promotional giveaway?
No. Please see our Purchase Policy for more details.
What if my plans change and I no longer want my purchased 100x package?
All 100x packages are non-refundable. Please refer to our Purchase Policy for complete details. If you accidentally purchase the wrong package and hope to change your order, reach out to us immediately HERE and we will assess what we can do to help.

VIP Packages
Can I choose either a Premium Reserved seat or General Admission with my VIP experience?
All Zedd in the Park VIP packages include a General Admission ticket.
What is a General Admission ticket?
General Admission (GA) tickets allow entry to the event without an assigned seat. You may be given access to a designated GA area, but seating/standing locations are first-come, first-served.
If I purchase a Platinum ticket, is that the same as VIP?
Platinum tickets are not VIP tickets. Platinum tickets do not include access to the VIP amenities or areas at the venue. Please be mindful when completing your purchase, and be sure to use the filter feature on the ticket provider’s website so you purchase the correct VIP package.
Is parking included?
VIP packages do not include parking. Please note that parking at Randall’s Island is very limited and typically reserved or restricted based on event operations. For larger events, paid parking may be available on-site, but availability is not guaranteed.
Many guests choose to park in nearby areas such as Manhattan or Astoria and walk over the footbridges, or utilize public transportation and rideshare options for a smoother arrival experience.
Is there a bag policy?
Only clear bags no larger than 12″ x 6″ x 12″ are permitted on-site. Small non-clear clutch bags no larger than 6″ x 9″ are also allowed. Hydration packs are welcome but must be empty upon entry and have no more than two pockets. All bags are subject to search upon entry.
Please note that bag policies are subject to change based on event and venue guidelines. Check back closer to the event for any updates.
Our Travel Packages
Is the price listed on the website the total price or the price per person?
The price listed on our website for travel packages shows both the price per person for a package and the full ‘per package’ price for two guests, not including taxes and fees. Please note – if you are purchasing a travel package before May 29, 2026, you will have the option to either pay in full or opt-in to a payment plan // the price you’ll pay at checkout is only 60% of the package cost. See more details about the payment plan option below.
How many rooms are included in my travel package?
All travel packages include one room for two guests. During the checkout process, you will have the option to select your preferred bed type, dependent on availability.
Is there an age restriction for travel packages?
Yes. The minimum age requirement to check in varies by hotel:
- Kimpton Hotel Eventi: The primary guest checking in must be 21 or older. Guests under 21 may still stay in the room but cannot be the primary guest on the reservation.
- Ace Hotel: The primary guest checking in must be 18 or older.
All guests are required to present valid photo identification at check-in.
Is there a payment plan for travel packages?
Yes, there is an optional payment plan for travel packages! If you opt into the payment plan at checkout, an initial 60% will be charged upon purchasing the package, and a final 40% payment will automatically be charged to the form of payment on file on May 29, 2026. If you purchase after May 29, you will be charged the full payment amount at the time of purchase. If you select ‘pay in full’ at checkout, no additional payments will be charged after your purchase!
Please note: the payment plan can only be chosen at the time of purchase. If you pay in full when your package is purchased, the payment plan cannot be opted into after the fact.
Can I complete the final payment early?
If you purchase prior to May 29, 2026, and are on the payment plan but decide you’d like to make the second payment prior to the May 29 due date, you can reach out to our ticketing partner, Ticketstoday, at [email protected] and they can assist you.
Can I update my payment method while on the payment plan?
Please reach out to our ticketing partner, Ticketstoday ([email protected]), for assistance with updating your credit card info for the final payment.
What happens if I miss the second payment?
You will receive an email from Ticketstoday 3 days prior to a payment date. If you receive an email from 100x stating you missed a payment, please follow the instructions in the email by visiting the link provided to complete your payment. We will honor a 7 day grace period whenever possible, but past due orders may be at risk of cancellation at any time.
Do the travel packages come with tickets for both nights?
Yes! All travel packages include tickets to both nights of the event.
My receipt shows tickets for the first night only - do I still have tickets for each show night within the travel package?
Yes! You have tickets for each show night included in your travel package.
How will I receive my merchandise?
All package merchandise will be distributed at 100x check-in upon arrival. Items must be picked up on-site as we cannot ship merchandise!
What is the public transportation included in my travel package?
Your travel package includes a preloaded OMNY card for use on New York City public transit. This can be used on MTA subways, buses, and the Staten Island Railway to help you travel between your hotel and Randall’s Island.
Each guest will receive an OMNY card preloaded with $35 to be used toward public transportation during the event.
What is an OMNY card?
OMNY (One Metro New York) is a contactless fare payment system for MTA subways, buses, and the Staten Island Railway. You can simply tap your card at transit readers for entry — no tickets or MetroCards required.
When and where will I receive my OMNY card?
OMNY cards will be provided at hotel check-in.
How do I get to Randall’s Island from my hotel?
Here are the recommended routes based on your hotel to help guide your travel:

- From Herald Square, take the N / Q / R / W to 59 St–Lexington Ave
- Transfer to the 4 / 5 / 6 to 125 St
- Take the M35 bus to Randall’s Island
Kimpton Hotel Eventi
- Walk to 34 St–Herald Sq
- Take the N / Q / R / W to 59 St–Lexington Ave
- Transfer to the 4 / 5 / 6 to 125 St
- Walk to the bus stop at Lexington Ave & 125 St (NW corner)
- Take the M35 bus to Randall’s Island
- Final directions and additional tips will be shared closer to the event.
Hotel Information
What time is check-in and check-out at the available hotels?
Standard hotel policies apply at both properties, with check-in at 3:00 PM and check-out at 12:00 PM.
There is no guarantee that you will be able to check in earlier than the hotel’s standard check-in time. If you need to arrive at the hotel early, your bags can be stored and easily accessible until your room is ready.
What parking is available at the available hotels?
100x travel packages do not include parking or cover parking expenses. To find details and rates for parking, please visit the individual hotel website.
How far is each hotel from the venue?
Both hotels were chosen for comfort, quality, and proximity to the venue. Both hotels are about 7 miles from the venue and a 20-30 minute drive, depending on traffic.
Will there be an incidental hold at my hotel?
You will be required to provide a valid credit card at check-in. Incidental holds vary at each hotel property. Please refer to the hotel’s website for the most up to date information on incidental charges.
I contacted the hotel and they do not have my reservation information, why is that?
Don’t worry – your reservation is confirmed with us! Hotels usually won’t have guest details until we provide our final rooming lists, which happens about 2-3 weeks before check-in. We recommend waiting until 1-2 weeks before check-in to contact the hotel with special requests.
Can I book additional nights at the hotel with my package? If so, how can I do this?
If you would like to stay longer than your travel package dates, you will need to book your additional nights as a separate reservation through the hotel directly. Please make sure you select the same room type purchased with your travel package. Once you have booked additional nights, you can reach out to us HERE with the below information to request to connect the reservations.
